Tropical North QLD Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
Diced pineapple
Frozen strawberries
Frozen banana chunks
Spoonful of Greek yogurt
250ml almond milk or water (or any milk of your choice)
In your JetMix portable blender, combine the strawberries, pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using). If desired, add a scoop of banana or strawberry Whey or Collagen protein. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Mango Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients:
Frozen chopped mango
Chopped pineapple chunks
100ml cold water
100ml cup coconut water
150ml orange juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
Ice cubes (optional)
