Greens Smoothies

 

Classic Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

Frozen banana chunks
Fresh spinach leaves
Chopped cucumber
1 Scoop of Vital Greens (or your favourite greens powder)
Almond milk (or any milk of your choice, or just water)
Ice cubes (optional)


In your JetMix portable blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness. Pour into a glass and enjoy your classic green smoothie!

 

Tropical North QLD Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

Fresh spinach leaves
1 scoop of your favourite greens or spirulina powder
Chopped pineapple
Frozen banana chunks
1/2 cup coconut water
Ice cubes (optional)


In your JetMix portable blender, combine all the ingredients, blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add a few ice cubes for a refreshing chill, pour into a glass and savour the tropical flavours of this green smoothie!
