Chocolate Banana Protein Shake
Ingredients:
Frozen banana chunks
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
250ml almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
100ml cold water
Ice cubes (optional)
1 tablespoon of almond butter (optional)
In your JetMix portable blender, combine the frozen banana, chocolate protein powder, almond milk, almond butter and blend until smooth and creamy.
If desired, add a few extra ice cubes for a more chilled texture.
Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter shake.
Pour into a glass and enjoy this chocolatey protein-packed treat.
Tropical Fruits Protein Blast
Ingredients:
Frozen banana chunks
Frozen mango pieces
Pineapple chunks
1 scoop of tropical or mango flavoured protein powder (prefer collagen protein)
150ml cold water
100ml coconut water
In your JetMix portable blender add the water and coconut water, followed by the banana, mango and pineapple pieces. Add the scoop of protein powder and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Sit back and enjoy the taste of tropical Queensland as you sip this delicious muscle building and rehydrating

Vanilla Berry Dream Protein Dessert
Ingredients:
Frozen strawberries or mixed berries
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
150ml cold water
100ml milk of your choice
In your JetMix portable blender add the water and milk, followed by the berries, ice cream and protein powder. Blend until smooth and creamy and enjoy this delicious dessert inspired protein hit!
