Reds Smoothie

Mixed Berry Blast

Ingredients:


Frozen mixed red berries (strawberries, raspberries, and/or cherries)
1 scoop of your favourite reds/antioxidant powder
Dessert spoonful of Greek yogurt
250ml almond milk or water or a combination (or any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

In a blender, combine the mixed red berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using) - blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and relish the burst of flavours in this mixed berry blast smoothie

Raspberry Mango Delight

Ingredients:


Frozen raspberries
Frozen chopped mango
150ml coconut water or just cold water
100ml orange juice (can substitute with cranberry juice if preferred)
1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)

In your JetMix portable blender combine the raspberries, mango, coconut water, orange juice, and lime juice and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and indulge in the delightful combination of raspberries and mango in this refreshing smoothie
